Delay in payment may result in delay, pause, or suspension of services until the pending amount is cleared.

6. Client Responsibilities

To complete the work properly, clients must provide required details, approvals, access, content, images, brand assets, login credentials, and feedback within the agreed timeline.

Maran Groups will not be responsible for delays caused due to late client approvals, incomplete information, third-party platform issues, or missing access details.

7. Advertising and Marketing Results

We work to improve online visibility, traffic, enquiries, and campaign performance through proper strategy and optimization. However, digital marketing results may vary based on industry, competition, budget, audience behavior, website quality, platform policies, and market conditions.

We do not guarantee fixed rankings, fixed leads, fixed sales, fixed revenue, or exact campaign results unless specifically agreed in writing.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, hosting providers, domain providers, email platforms, plugins, themes, and analytics tools.

We are not responsible for changes in third-party policies, account suspensions, ad disapprovals, downtime, technical issues, price changes, or restrictions imposed by these platforms.

9. Website Development Terms

For website design and development projects, the final output will be based on the agreed scope of work. Additional pages, features, design changes, integrations, content uploads, or custom functionality may be charged separately.

Clients must review and approve the website during the development and testing stages. Once the website is approved and delivered, any new changes may be considered as additional work.

10. Content and Materials

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the content, images, logos, videos, documents, and other materials provided to us are legally owned by them or properly licensed for use.

Maran Groups will not be responsible for copyright, trademark, or legal issues arising from client-provided materials.

11. Intellectual Property

Website content, design concepts, marketing strategies, creatives, graphics, and other materials created by Maran Groups remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

After full payment, final approved deliverables may be handed over to the client as per the agreed terms. Drafts, unused designs, working files, source files, and internal strategy documents may not be included unless specifically agreed in writing.

12. Revisions and Approvals

Revisions will be provided as per the agreed scope of work. Extra revisions, major changes, or changes requested after approval may be charged separately.

Once a design, content, campaign, or website section is approved by the client, further changes may be considered additional work.

13. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the service type, project stage, and work already completed.

Payments made for completed work, ongoing services, consultation, strategy, creative work, advertising setup, campaign management, website development, or third-party expenses may not be refundable.

Any refund, if applicable, will be decided at the sole discretion of Maran Groups after reviewing the project status and work completed.

14. Limitation of Liability

Maran Groups will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, data loss, or damages caused by third-party platforms, hosting issues, technical failures, or client-side errors.

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

15. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will take reasonable steps to protect business information, login details, marketing data, and project-related information shared with us.

Clients are also expected to keep our proposals, pricing, strategy documents, and internal communication confidential.

16. Portfolio Usage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Maran Groups may showcase completed work, client brand names, website links, creatives, and campaign examples in our portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

18. Governing Law
